Our updated cancellation conditions
- Cancellations made up to 7 days prior to arrival will incur no additional charge.
- Cancellation of the reservation from 7 to 3 days before the arrival date entails a cancellation fee of 50% of the services booked.
- Cancellation of the reservation within 3 days to 24h of the arrival date a cancellation fee of 80% of the services booked.
- Cancellation of the reservation within 24h of the arrival date and in case of no-show incurs a cancellation fee of 100% of the services booked.
