Tip: Törggelen in South Tyrol – enjoyment pure

When the leaves turn golden yellow and the grapes are harvested, the Törggelen season begins in South Tyrol! From October to November, the farmhouse parlors open their doors to spoil you with regional specialties such as Schlutzkrapfen, dumplings, sour meat, sausages, roasted chestnuts and sweet doughnuts. You can also enjoy the "Siaßen" (grape must) and young wine.
